Rachel Liles, LCSW

I bring a grounded, attentive presence and a keen sense for what often goes unspoken, using gentle humor to foster connection and ease. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and relationship challenges, and I have extensive experience with LGBTQ+ clients exploring gender, sexuality, and identity.

As the founder and director of RL Psychotherapy in Manhattan, I provide therapy while also supervising and mentoring clinicians. My goal is to support both clients and therapists in building insight, resilience, and lasting change.

I earned my BS and MSW from NYU and trained at Beth Israel Hospital, the Ali Forney Center, Callen-Lorde, and other leading institutions. I’ve also received advanced training through the Psychoanalytic Association of New York, the Center for Group Studies, and the Center for Modern Psychoanalysis.
