I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine relationship—one built on trust, safety, and curiosity. In our work together, I offer an affirming space where you can explore relationships, identity, and the parts of life that may feel overwhelming or stuck.

I work with adults, parents, and couples navigating many kinds of challenges. This includes supporting people in non-monogamous and polyamorous relationships—helping partners with jealousy, communication, and agreements that feel sustainable. I also work with couples facing infidelity or betrayal, creating space for repair and new ways of connecting. My practice is welcoming to Queer and Trans People of Color (QTPOC) and those working through cultural identity and intergenerational conflict, including families shaped by immigration and adoption.

I also support clients healing from complex trauma (C-PTSD) and the effects of systemic trauma. My approach combines depth and practicality: we’ll look at the patterns that keep you stuck, while also building tools that help you feel steadier day to day. I earned my degrees from Middlebury College and NYU, with post-graduate training at the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis & Psychology.
