Jennifer Swanson, LMSW
Life’s transitions—whether planned or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, and many of the individuals I work with come in carrying burnout, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, or the weight of professional stress. My clients often include lawyers, physicians, executives, academics, and creatives who are navigating high expectations while struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or exhaustion. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and create a more balanced way forward.
I also work with couples who want to strengthen their relationships. Some are rebuilding after infidelity or betrayal, while others are balancing demanding careers with family life and feel their connection slipping. For many high-achieving couples, therapy becomes a place to slow down, improve communication, and find new ways of supporting each other.
Alongside relationship and career concerns, I help clients process complex trauma (C-PTSD), reproductive trauma, and event-based trauma such as sudden loss, accidents, or medical crises. My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Whether you are coming in on your own or with your partner, my goal is to help you move through challenges with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of connection.
