Bridge Condron, LMSW

In my work, I love helping my clients nurture deep and compassionate connections with themselves, even the parts of themselves that may feel shameful or that they may have struggled to find kindness towards in the past. In therapy, we can partner to address many things, including exploring gender or sexuality, improving your relationship with substances, finding relief from anxiety, depression, or ADHD symptoms, addressing patterns in intimate relationships, healing past trauma, and much more.

I’m particularly passionate about working with LGBTQ+ people and celebrating queer joy and identity. In a society that is not always physically or emotionally safe for LGBTQ+ people, therapy can be a liberatory place where we honor and support you exactly as you are.

I hold a Masters in Social Work from the University of Washington, I am an Internal Family Systems trained provider, and I utilize Somatic modalities, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. This means that a session with me will be tailored to your specific needs, and can include growing your awareness of your bodily sensations, thoughts, and emotions, to gain more choices around your reactions to life and life’s stressors.

All parts of you are welcome here. If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out, I’m excited to meet you.
