Noah Miska, LMSW
Therapy can be a place to get honest about the pressure you’re under and to figure out new ways forward. I work with men, LGBTQ+ clients, and high-achieving professionals who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and trauma while balancing demanding personal and professional lives. Many of the people I see are carrying the weight of perfectionism, burnout, and impostor syndrome, especially in fields like finance, tech, law, medicine, academia, and the arts.
I provide support for those facing executive stress, creative blocks, stage fright, and career transitions, as well as individuals processing complex trauma and relational challenges. My approach is clear and direct but also supportive, combining psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness to help you build insight and practical strategies that actually make a difference.
I trained at UC Berkeley and now offer both in-person therapy in Manhattan and remote sessions for flexibility. My office is discreet and centrally located, convenient to multiple subway lines. If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the pressures of high performance and can offer a strong, steady presence, I’d be glad to work with you.
