Noah Miska, LMSW

You may appear successful and composed on the outside, yet feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected within. I work with men and clients of all genders, including professionals, creatives, and those navigating relationships and life transitions. My approach is warm, direct, and engaged, offering a grounded space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself while fostering clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.

Together, we explore the patterns shaping how you think, feel, and relate to others. Drawing from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and mind-body approaches, I help clients deepen self-understanding and translate insight into lasting, real-world growth through collaborative and thoughtful work.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker trained at UC Berkeley with experience in high-acuity mental health settings. I offer in-person sessions in Chelsea, walk-and-talk therapy in Prospect Park, and remote sessions across New York and Vermont. We can begin with a brief consultation to see if we are a good fit.
